What the finish looks like
Epoxy sand creates a decorative, stone-like or tile-like surface rather than the flat painted look of ordinary floor coating. The final texture and appearance depend on the application and the condition of the base.
Surface preparation matters
The floor should be clean, stable and appropriately level before application. Debris, weak material, contamination or uneven areas can show through or affect performance. Sanding or levelling should be priced separately if required.
Planning the quantity
Measure the full indoor floor area and allow for the stated kit coverage. Complex rooms, rough substrates and application thickness can affect actual use, so exact quantities should be confirmed before the job begins.
After application
Protect the area from traffic while the system cures. Follow the application instructions for timing and environmental conditions rather than rushing furniture or foot traffic back onto the surface.
